Back orders

If a product you order is temporarily out of stock, you may wish to place it on backorder. We will advise you of the expected price and dispatch date either by phone, email or mail and the product will be sent to you as soon as it becomes available. Pricing for backordered items may vary. 

You will not be charged any additional delivery costs for back ordered items delivered to you at a later date. Your credit card will not be charged for back ordered items until they are dispatched, however for security reasons, all cheques will be banked on receipt.

Pricing

All prices are by default in AUD including GST. There is an option in the right hand corner that will allow you to change currency as required.

We're commited to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct, however from time to time there may be technical issues that arise that may effect the pricing or quantites shown.


Core deposits

Core Deposits for Fuel Pumps

The core charge for fuel pumps is either $220, $550 or $1100 including GST depending on the type of pump you are ordering. This  core charge has already been added to the final amount you see on page and will be fully refunded upon receiving the old (exchange) unit back provided the core is fully assembled and in a repairable state.

An acceptable fuel pump core is one that is not so badly damaged or contaminated that it can no longer be repaired to working condition, in this case your Core Deposit may not be fully refunded (this does not occur very often). It must also be the same pump number as to what has been provided.

Core Deposits for Diesel Fuel Injectors

Core Deposits for sets of Mechanical Injectors are $285 and will be fully refunded upon receiving the old (exchange) units back provided the bodies of the injectors are not damaged.

Core Deposits for Common Rail Injectors

Core Deposits for some Common Rail injectors are $55 per injector, this Core Deposit has already been added to the amount you see on page and is fully refunded upon return of the old (exchange) injector/s.

Core Deposits for Turbochargers

Core Deposits for Turbochargers is  $550, $660, $1100 or $1500 depending on the turbocharger and has been added to the final amount you see on page, this will be fully refunded on return of the old (exchange) turbo. The turbocharger must be assembled and complete (e.g. not missing actuator or housings etc), and must also be the same turbocharger part number as to what has been provided.** The turbocharger must be genuine OEM, complete, assembled and in a repairable state to receive full core charge refund.

Freight options for returning cores

You can return the freight in any way you like. If you require us to organise a pick up we can do that for you.

If you have a trade account log in with Denco Diesel and Turbo your appplicable core deposits will be in the price shown when logged in.  Please contact the office if you have any questions regarding the core deposit for you specifically. 

INTERNATIONAL ACCOUNTS

A larger core may apply to international customers on some products, our international customers will be informed of any additional core charges within 72 hours.
