The water-to-air intercooler barrel (used in the Denco Intercooler kits) is a small & compact heat exchanger, providing faster cooling relative to its size. As water is a better conductor of heat then air, the intercooler barrel is more efficient at cooling charged air temps then air-to-air intercooler setups.
