ADDITIONAL NOTES

Note: The Euro 4 spec engine has two different injectors depending on date range. For the KUN26 Hilux the Euro 4 engines had the 095000-7030 injector factory fitted from 08/2006 - 05/2008before changing tothe 095000-7780 DLCinjector. For the KDJ120 Prado the 095000-7030 injector is factory fitted up to 11/2007 before changing to the 095000-7780 DLC injector. These injectors are NOT interchangeable as single replacements and must only be replaced by the same injector originally fitted. The DLC injectors can replace the original fitment injectors but ONLY as a full set of four. The ECU also requires a reflash to go with this injector change.

Note: If the vehicle production date is on or close to the change over date, check the EGR pipe to see whether the pipe is non water-cooledor if it iswater-cooled(Euro 3 = non water-cooled, Euro 4 =water-cooled).

Please provide in the comments ALL part numbers stamped on the side of the injector body or full vehicle information (i.e. make, model, production date) so the correct injectors are dispatched.Ensure that you have supplied all of the requestedinformation prior to fitment of the supplied injectors as if theinjectors are not correct they will not code into the ECU.
