- We deliver products Australia wide using Australian Post, TNT or Toll Priority. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location. Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.
- Goods will be despatched within 3 working days of order.

- Depending on method of despatch, please allow 1-21 days from despatch for delivery within Australia.
- We're commited to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
- Refunds for returned goods are for the purchase price and exclude original freight or postage charges. Returns should be in original condition and with original packaging.

- If a product you order is temporarily out of stock, you may wish to place it on backorder. We will advise you of the expected dispatch date either by phone, email or mail and the product will be sent to you as soon as it becomes available.
- You will not be charged any additional delivery costs for backordered items delivered to you at a later date. Your credit card will not be charged for backordered items until they are dispatched, however for security reasons, all cheques will be banked on receipt.
